Room Rental information

Each conference event is set up on a first come, first served reservation basis.

Each moderated event will included a non-edited event transcript which will be available immediately following the event.

Moderated events include URL browser control as well to allow for presentations to include visual aids during the presentation.

The conference room setup comes standard with password protection for entry. There will be a single password for all those to join the event.

Moderated format allows up to 100 people to participate.

There are a variety of rooms and support services available.

The fee is $50.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
