Instructions for Sending Courses:

All Course Correspondence:
 
When sending in any lessons, images or other correspondence label the subject of email, the course number and segment number. example;B0039-07 using the actual course and segment number. This will help us get the right lesson in the right spot.
 

Documents:
 
For each page within the course, a text file (*.txt) must be sent.  The text file will contain:
 

  1. All caps headings  (anything the creator would like bold and/or larger than body)
  2. Parenthetical documentation of the desired location of any image
    1. The name of the image should be included in the parentheses, as well as any info regarding justification
    2. If the image should be linked to another page, include this information in the parenthesis
  3. Italicize any word and/or phrase which should be linked to another page
         **include the page desired in parenthesis after the italics
  4. If you have access to some website software (or even the more recent browser software), you can develop pages in them, and then save them in a HTML.

 

Images:
 

  1. All images should be in jpeg format  (*.jpg, *.jpeg)
  2. Thumbnails should be about 100 pixels wide/tall  (depends on shape)
  3. Images should be about 3 times as large as the original
    ****  All Images and Files should be "zipped."  This will insure the files are able to be read upon arriving.  ****
 
 

Tips:
 

  1. Since the courses are going to be used all over the world, it has been brought to our attention that contractions are very difficult for international readers of english to understand.
    So, avoid "I'm" and use "I am" in your text.
