Kelly Ragland entered the world of embroidery in January, 1996 as a home based, single head operation. His background in art and production management led him to the industry. September 3, 1996 Ragland created his web site to promote his digitizing and graphic design services, and the web site has received good reviews from the industry and online community. Ragland received an associates degree from the Art Institute of Dallas in 1990, and worked as production manager and computer operator/designer in the sign industry before opening A Stitch On Time.
