The instructor, Jeff Banks, has been in the computer industry for 20 years. He has been employed by Melco Embroidery Systems for the past 7+ years as a Melco Service, Telephone Support Technican and now as a Lab. Test Technician for the Engineering Department. Jeff has given Basic Computer Seminars for Melco Training and most recently, at the Tampa, FL. ISS Show. Prior to working for Melco, he was employed by Ricoh Corporation as a Technical Support Specialist. He supported 250 Field Technicaian and Dealer Representatives. IBM Based PC's have become a personal hobby for Jeff, and recently he started a small business partnership and formed "4 Your Computer", a cunsulting/repair company in Denver, CO.
